Initialize Rc707Agency repository skeleton

- Add .gitignore (OS, editor, node, python, env, build, logs)
- Add root README with company name and directory overview
- Add docs/ and projects/ placeholder directories
- Retain existing agents/ structure (ceo, founding-engineer)
