act_runner 参考部署（可选）
工作流 .gitea/workflows/ci.yml 使用 runs-on: ubuntu-latest。
Runners 页「标签」列应含 ubuntu-latest（与「名称」列无关）。
标签与 job 镜像
默认标签通常映射到带 Node.js 的镜像，例如：
ubuntu-latest:docker://node:16-bullseye
若 Checkout 报 Cannot find: node in PATH，说明 job 镜像无 Node，应改为：
ubuntu-latest:docker://catthehacker/ubuntu:act-22.04
Docker 构建
docker job 需要 runner 挂载宿主机 /var/run/docker.sock。
